Returns & Refunds

Because fresh food is perishable, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once goods have been dispatched.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The goods are not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for purpose (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
  • The cold chain was visibly broken on arrival.
  • Items are missing from your order.

How to claim

Contact support@freshvanman.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stock is automatically restored on full cancellations.
