Delivery Policy
Areas
We currently deliver to eligible postcodes in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire and Dorset. Coverage is checked at checkout.
Slots & timing
- Orders are delivered in the slot selected at checkout, typically within 24–48 hours.
- You must ensure someone aged 18+ is available to receive perishable goods.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available to receive perishable goods, the Seller may leave the order in a safe place agreed at checkout, return to depot, or dispose of the goods. Re-delivery or refund is at the Seller's discretion in line with food-safety law.
Fees
Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
